PEOPLE WHO DON'T TRUST AI WILL TRUST YOU.

SESSION DESCRIPTION:

Many employees are already using generative AI tools on the job, frequently without their manager's knowledge or consent. Colleagues, leaders, and clients hold wildly different comfort levels with the technology. Using AI tools without disclosure or approval creates real risk of eroded trust, security exposure, and misalignment with your team and organization. This session equips individual contributors with the judgment to know when a conversation about AI use is needed and the skills to navigate it well, so that you protect trust with managers, colleagues, and clients. The way you handle AI tools today shapes whether you are viewed as trustworthy in the future.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN HOW TO:

- Confidently discuss both benefits and potential risks of AI tools in your work.

- Demonstrate how AI will amplify, not replace, human input in your deliverables.

- Proactively address AI-related concerns from your key stakeholders and partners.

- Recognize security risks and navigate ethical considerations for use of AI in your workflow.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORKSHOP?

- Individual contributors
- People leaders
- Executives & senior leaders
